But if you're looking for the arch support you might get in the Gingers, these aren't going to work for you.Look:The Mallory Scrunch is a cute style. The multi-colored woven straps are attractive, though they don't look particularly expensive. That said, in general, these are a pretty nice-looking flip flop.Support:I've worn Reef flip flops for years, specifically because of the arch support. I've often worn them for hours on end without any problem. However, I've discovered that not all Reefs offer the same level of support. While they're really cute, these didn't offer nearly the quality of support as my Gingers.Fit:The straps were a little more snug than I'm used to in my Reefs. While I can pretty much slide my feet unassisted into most of my Reefs, with the Mallory, I had to use my hands to get the straps onto my feet and spread them out properly.These are a cute shoe, but don't look for much support here. ### ⭐⭐ Writing this terrible review pains me *by J***T on Reviewed in the United States on August 9, 2017* Writing this terrible review pains me, as I LOVE these shoes. Here's the short version...I just had my third pair break in less than 6 weeks of wear. I guess i should have learned my lesson and stop buying them but I LOVE the design, they go with everything, and I get tons of compliments when I wear them. They're just a nice, comfortable, stylish pair of flip flops. The long version of this saga is as follows...I purchased the first pair in early summer 2014. I brought them on a trip to Disney, where I walked literally 10 miles a day in them. Somewhere around mile 50, after wearing them on a pouring down raining day and sloshing through 6 inch puddles, the toe thong came detached from the base of the shoe. It didn't break, mind you...it slipped completely out. The two flaps that are presumably glued inside the base of the shoe were out of the shoe. I walked another mile or so with one flip flop to get back to my room.I figured that it was probably my fault, as they are not water shoes and probably shouldn't have been submerged like they were, however briefly. I bought another pair, and saved them for the summer of 2016. The following July, I wore those for about 3 days, very light use, and the same exact thing happened...toe thong slipped out of the hole in the base of the shoe. This time I knew it wasn't improper wear and tear, so I called the company. They agreed to send me a new pair. I got that pair in August and decided to save them for this summer...you see where this is going?So today, after wearing the "new" pair shipped directly from Reef, the SAME EXACT THING HAPPENED. I realize they won't send me a new pair as their 6 month window for replacements is long past, but I did send them a disgruntled e-mail to let them know. These things were either all in one bad batch or the design is flawed somehow. Either way, booooooo. Great flip flops...just not very sturdy. ### ⭐⭐ Broken in less than a month *by C***K on Reviewed in the United States on September 1, 2016* I am currently pissed because these sandals fell apart in less than two weeks. I had a pair of these sandals for about 5 years, and when they finally broke I ordered a fresh replacement since they were my absolute favorite sandal of all time. They looked exactly the same but somehow the strap came out of the sandal rendering it useless. Unfortunately for me, I thought I could return a defective product to Amazon, but the window is only 30 days. I have reached out to Reef in hopes that they will be able to replace this pair. I will keep you all posted, but beware if they break outside of that 30 day window you are out of luck. Otherwise, the best sandal ever, suited for narrow feet but I found they flattened a little after breaking them in. I have a wide and flat foot but I still loved these sandals.
