I am honestly blown away by how this thing moves with your own movements and the quality seems to be very good, it doesn't feel cheap at all. **Q: Is this meant to only be used with a mouse? It looks like it onky comes with 1, so does this mean it isn't for use while  typing**
A: For me personally it is meant to be used only for a mouse because it does elevate your arm at different levels, and it will be uncomfortable to type with it. I do leave my hand for quick typing in the arm rest and just move it to the the position needed since it has the flexibility to be move and I am able to type, but it only comes with one and it’s not meant for both hands at the same time.

A: It is just one. It is very well made and adjusts up and down.

**Q: Is there an option for a mount that screws directly into a desk rather than clamps?**
A: I don’t thinkso

Total life saver. I'm a big guy. After years of doing 12 hour days with my shoulders crammed together so I could rest my elbows on my char's arm rests, I started having serious pain in my right shoulder all the way down to my wrist. This device has alleviated that pain completely! My shoulders are relaxed and I can rest my elbows at a comfortable, natural width. This is a quality device; heavy metal. I'm a body builder and my arm is heavy. It handles it with ease. So glad I got this!

The support is great, you can adjust the height with a small switch (no screwdrivers or allen wrench required!), and it moves with your movements. There is a small pad that your arm or wrist can rest on for comfort as well. I am honestly blown away by how this thing moves with your own movements and the quality seems to be very good, it doesn't feel cheap at all. EDIT: Bought in Feb. 2025 and as of Oct. 2025 this thing is still going strong. It has held up amazingly. Still works as smoothly as the day I received it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ EFFECTIVE!

I am quite pleased with how much this helps my arm/shoulder that had NO support with my computer mouse set up. The table I use does not have squared corners but I thought the flange part of this would be long enough to work. Gratefully it did :) The little rubber 'ring' that goes around the screwing up flange (don't know what else to call it).. is super flimsy.. but did stay on while I tightened it. The metal flange area is really stout.. the plastic parts else where are adequate but not 'sturdy' feeling in my book. I will try and make a habit of folding it against the table when not using it because I am not sure at all it would survive being 'caught' accidentally with much unintended pressure. I do not have a heavy arm so it should survive fine here with its intended use. It move 'slickly' when I change my arm position between the mouse and keyboard. I am thankful for the arm/shoulder relief and glad I purchased the product!
