For the plugs, I don’t believe that’s ever an issue as the concern is in the cables only, not the power supply but don’t quote me on that. To be safe, I only buy apple or Amazon Basics charging peripherals. (that's usb c to usb c) This charger gives 15 watts at 5v and 19.98 at 9v. I don't know what voltage the pixel charges at.
