A: They came as a pair

**Q: what is the fabric composed of and if a blend what is % of each material? thanks.**
A: It doesn't specifi it, but the quality is not good, the stripes loose their color and so the entire piece in a short period of time, I'm not buying them again.

**Q: Do they come in Metalic Silver bars on navy blue?**
A: Yes, they have the option.  But I got the golden bars with black

**Q: What brand please?**
A: I am not sure, These are Pilot strips not Maritime Strips.  Well made epaulets
