Do these come complete with the vibration packs and charger as well as the ice packs? Reading reviews and some are saying they weren't received.

About 4 months ago Horseware's packaging department and accidentally left out these important accessories but that issue was quickly resolved once they realized their mistake. Hello, this could be used on multiple horses as long as you have the time to wait for the packs to refreeze.

How long does the charge on the vibration panels last?

Hello, I am sorry but I don't know the exact length of time the vibration panels stay charged. However, it is recommended to use them for up to 20 minute sessions, and I haven't heard of an issue with the charge going out that quickly. Horseware's directions mention that the panels should be charged from 4 to 6 hours so it does require some planning ahead. More information can be found on Horseware's website.

What type of plug is the charger? I have an older version and I’m worried they won’t be compatible
