Our school cancelled the in the car driving training for drivers ed because of Covid (even though the rest of life is normal here!) So we were told the parents have to do all the driving in addition to the regular 50 practice hours the state requires. So pretty much all the high school kids are supposed to be practicing on their parents cars, out on the road, with no safety brake. It is terrifying to have no ability to keep your kid and your car and everyone else safe and everyone I know keeps saying they don’t take their kid much because it’s awful. I felt that way too, started researching is there a way to install a brake (sooo much money), can you rent a drivers Ed car (no) and then found this. Reviews were good so I figured hey it’s cheap, why not. Easy to install, just push it onto the thing that the brake is connected to then attach the band to the mirror. When you want to take it off there’s a button you push and you can pull it off the brake. The best part, it works!!! It made it possible to feel safer about taking her out, she got to go practice and now she can drive. 100% BUY THIS, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT. So much peace of mind! ## Frequently Bought Together - Wingbrake Driver Training Brake for New Student Drivers Instructor's Passenger Brake Parent Teen Driving Lesson - psler Student Driver Magnet for Car,be Patient Student Driver Magnet Boys and Girls New Student Driver Sticker Safety Warning Red and Yellow Reflective Signs Reusable Movable 9.45×3.07inch 3 Pcs Gifts - JUSTTOP 3pcs Magnet for Car, Please Be Patient Student Driver, New Drivers Sticker Safety Warning, Magnetic Reflective Rookie Driver Bumper Sticker (Black&Red) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.uk/products/392269127-driver-training-brake-for-new-student-drivers-instructors-passenger-brake](https://www.desertcart.co.uk/products/392269127-driver-training-brake-for-new-student-drivers-instructors-passenger-brake) --- *Product available on Desertcart United Kingdom* *Store origin: GB* *Last updated: 2026-11-05*
