I have yet to figure out what the included micro-USB adapter is for. Instructions claim you need it to test USB-C devices, clearly incorrect as they work fine without it. They need to get someone who understands English Grammar to go over their Instructions. Instructions are confusing to say the least. Still, it appears to work as one would expect for basic functions. Measures current, voltage, etc. to various stuff. Appears well built and I will keep it but I am sure it does stuff that I don't know. I have not used the load device which is some resistors to simulate a load. Using it requires you to know Ohms law which I do and it is printed on the load but in an odd form, I=E/R is how I know it. Most people will never use this included option.
