I use it almost every day. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product for regular use of methylene blue, tip-mix with vit C powder and lemon juice *by N***G on September 9, 2023* This big bottle of methylene blue is great for refilling a dropper bottle if you use it regularly. I have a "recipe" for taking M.B. The easy recipe for a pre-converted form of MB in water is this. 1. Fill half a cup or mug with warm to slightly hot water (microwave 30 seconds). 2. Add 1/2 teaspoon - 1 teaspoon of Vitamin C powder (I use Ester-C) 3. Add 1-2 teaspoons or several squirts of Lemon Juice (buy lemon juice in a bottle) 4. Swirl to dissolve in warm water 5. Add desired amount of methylene blue (I personally use 30-40 drops twice a day (3-4 droppers), but you should determine on your own the appropriate dose to start at, probably much lower) 6. Mix water and let sit for the reaction to take place - the dark blue water will turn to a light transparent teal color over time, assuming enough Vitamin C and/or lemon juice is added to the mix. Why do this at all? 1. The bitterness and dark staining color of higher doses is greatly reduced 2. Methylene Blue is pre-converted to the most usable form that your body would convert it to anyway. You could do some of these steps and it would probably partially increase absorption as well, and regardless you don't have to do anything but ingest the MB for it to have an effect.
