My hairdresser warmed it up for the winter but it still kept turning yellow and the purple shampoo my hairdresser recommended was so drying on my now bleached and damaged hair. I was starting to think about going brown again when a search on Amazon led me to this toner. It's been a game changer. It's easy to use because it requires no mixing and I just squirted what I needed which was about a quarter of a tube for my neck length hair, straight into my hand and then massaged it in and left for 15 minutes. It didn't stain my hand. I then rinsed it off and hair has been left a lovely cool dark blonde. It feels so healthy and smooth too.
