Cover the bottom of muffin cup with shedded cheese, fill cup with shedded carrots, and then pour in egg whites from a carton about 2/3 full and bake. Unfortunately these stick terribly to my Teflon muffin pans.I cannot believe how the eggs do not stick at all to these silicone pans! I can just wipe them and stick in dishwasher.; no scouring or scrubbing! These pans are life changing!I did notice that they are taller and more narrow than my metal Texas size muffin pans and I needed to adjust baking time. I need to put the tall β€œmuffin” upside down on my plate to microwave so it won’t tip over.
