The company is well-established and trustworthy, and I find that MSM does help with my middle-age joint aches. I would recommend starting with 1/2 pill and gradually increasing your intake to the recommended daily dose. When I first started taking MSM I took a large dose for several days right off the bat and it made me feel terrible, so take it gradually and ease it into your system. My only issue with this particular MSM is that the pills are really big. I take a bunch of supplements every day, and these are the largest. If you have any issues swallowing big pills, I'd keep looking.
