Unfortunately it was already headed back but in hind site, I wish I would have attempted to see if there was an unforeseen resolution to my problem. Their help was totally unsolicited and directed me to some pretty good documentation. I'm not used to that kind of response for a product like this, so I may have jumped the gun. I will change my rating to 3 stars, since they seemed genuinely concerned with my issue.Product didn't work right out of the box,I couldn't get the light bulbs to sync. I tried 2-3 times and even watched a Youtube video on the proper way to set it up. No matter what I did, the bulbs couldn't be controlled by the app. I might try a different brand. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy, inexpensive, full color, smart lights! *by S***D on Reviewed in the United States on March 12, 2016* I purchased these lights to add on to the Simple starter set that I bought before. these are going to be a perfect addition to my daughters room so that she can set any color she wants and also use the alarm feature to help get her out of bed in the morning!
