It wasn't too difficult for me (someone with virtually no flexablity), everything was explained as far as what each thing does for your pregnant body and I nearly fell asleep in the end when he does the relaxation technique. Relaxing is not my forte so anyone who can get my mind to focus deserves my praise! In short, good for beginners. Made me feel great. I started to feel relief immediately after using the video one time (I now use it at least 3 times a week). I like how he focuses on doing the poses in the correct form, because it is the MOST important part of yoga.
