It is certainly fresh, and full of pistachio. Not too sweet, just perfect and balanced. It has cruchy shell and soft delicious filling. This is nothing like what is called “Baklava” in US. Real natural Baklava is not supposed to last weeks or be soo hard that it would break your teeth. My order was produced on monday, shipped the same day and at my home in NY by thursday noon.
