The app which I am using on iOS could be much better, it very rarely automatically connects to the mug, however this is not a issue as once you’ve set your desired temperature the mug will remember those settings and the white led will remain solid once that temperature has been reached. I find the mug very easy to wash, I am mainly using with Tassimo coffee so even after being left a couple of hours and there’s a ring round the top of the mug it cleans off very easily. I read previous reviews of folks complaining that the mug marks easily from spoons, so with that in mind I am using wooden tea spoons and can confirm no marks as yet.
