I am replacing a Hunter Pro-C and I do not want to hard wire it for AC** A: It is hard wired. There is no plug. We just upgraded from an older Hunter 300 model to this one a few weeks ago, so we didn't need to run any new wires, and it was super easy. We just disconnected the old wires and then reconnected them to the same places in the new box. Not sure if the indoor models might have a plug.
