I ended up buying the G50 because it was ranked higher on multiple review sites. From what I can tell, the G50 provides more control with adjusting the echo and audio, where the Q3 appears to handle this automatically for you. Overall, I am extremely happy with the G50 (as it was a complete upgrade from the Q37 for me).
