What I didn't expect was that the stock pads are two pads physically joined together. The 'double single' pads are 9.P for reference. The benefit of switching to 8.P pads over 9.P pads is that you can insert the 8.P pads from the top of the caliper without having to remove it from the fork! 9.P pads can only be installed from the bottom of the caliper so a full removal is needed.My eCargo bike now does stoppies.
