He put this on his home monitor yesterday as he still works from home some days. He always has to use eye drops, or gooey eye gel, or hot pads, anything you can think of, to help ease the eye pain at the end of his day. He is almost blind in his right eye so he has eye issues to begin with. He has the blue light filter on his glasses, but it didn't help enough. So he reluctantly agreed to try this as I told him we could return it if it didn't help enough. But, he's say that after using it on his home screen for only 8 hours yesterday he's noticed his eye strain/discomfort had reduced by about 80%, in terms of eye irritation and eye strain. He's having less muscle tension/headaches in his forehead. He cannot attest to the glare resistance of it, though, as he has no lights behind him as he works, he has his lamp sitting to the back right of the monitor and our windows are off to the left of his computer. It seems to stay in place okay and went on easily, just slides on over his screen. So we've ordered a second one for his big monitor at work, and one for our personal desktop computer. If you're on the fence, give it a try, you can always send it back! Cheaper than a dr. visit or a new set of glasses! Update: Now that I have one of these covers over our other desktop computer, I'm having glare from the two windows that are behind me. I'm having to have my monitor at an angle in order to not be bothered by it. Or I could close the curtains. So be aware that depending upon your windows there could be a significant amount of glare off of it.
