My toe next to the pinky toe has migrated toward the toe in front of it. Would wearing a spacer around It and that toe also be feasible?

I have migrating toes and hammer toes and while the spacers do help, I've also gotten the toe sleeves and those help to alleviate the discomfort I can get when my overlapping toe rubs against whatever shoe I'm wearing.
