But it is a good, healthy snack to carry in the car or when traveling. Review: Bitter flavor - I bought these for my toddler son, who loves hummus and eats it straight with a spoon. To save the step of dishing some into a bowl for him a couple times a day, I thought these single cups would be perfect, but the flavor is terrible! He made a face with his first bite and will only eat 1-2 bites every time we open one for him. The taste is bitter and the texture not totally smooth. (I would be fine with the texture if the taste were better, but I think both make it a no-go for my son, as he also declined some restaurant hummus that had a good flavor but grainier texture.)
