The first night I took the recommended dosage, early the next morning I was running for the bathroom!! Luckily for me I had all the bowel movements before I had to go to work! I might warn also, at least was the case for me, it was not a quiet bowel movement! I would advise to take at night before going to bed, I guarantee by morning you Will be heading for the bathroom!
