I will insert a custom made orthotic, but I still can't have shoes that are too flimsy. Thanks.** A: I love Ecco brand for my custom orthotics. I take the manufacturer insert out and replace with my custom orthotics and fits perfectly. Note: I do notice I have to size up when I purchase the Ecco brand. I normally wear a 10.5 and I buy the 11-11.5 size in Ecco. **Q: Are they waterproof?** A: No, this model is not waterproof.
