Review: Outstanding Album & Superb 100 g Vinyl - Camera Obscura is one of my favorite bands. Disagree with the disparaging comparisons to Belle and Sebastian (another band I enjoy). They absolutely stand on their own. While a lot has been said about this album, I wanted to provide some insights to the 100 g vinyl with remastered sound. Overall, it has a warm, clear, with a nice full and separated sound. The record sleeve inside is slick, glossy, heavy cardboard with lyrics on one side and another interesting photo of the band on the other side. If you like vinyl, definitely get this version. It also came with a free download. I wish their other albums were available as 100 g versions, since this sounds better to me than the other vinyl recordings.
