The fog machine doesn't make fog?

1. Fully immerse nozzle for proper fog making. 2. First warm-up needs up to 5 min, please wait for 5 min. 3. After spraying, the machine will stop and preheat again for 60s, and is ready to emit fog again. This process continues cyclically.

The fog machine was not working?

1. First warm-up needs up to 5 min; It takes 1 minute to warm up again after the smoke stops. 2. Make sure the metal liquid nozzle is completely immersed in the atomizing liquid.

The machine gets very hot and didn't work as intended.

1. It is normal for the machine is hot when in use; please keep your distance. 2. Our fog machine is equipped with automatic power-off protection function. When the machine overheats, it will stop for 5 minutes and restart after cooling down.

Smoke output was very low.

Our product has a power of only 400W and a smoke output of 2000cu.ft/min. If you need a more effective mist, please add a higher concentration of mist liquid.
