Really good epoxy, easy to use.
Very nice thickened epoxy. It does not sag or droop, and yet wets the surfaces to be bonded. They sell extra mixing snouts, but they are expensive. (right now a SIX-10 Static Mixer 2 pqck is $13) If you plan on using the snout in the next day or two, you can secure just the snout in a zip-lock bag and place it a freezer. The next day, take it our and warm it holding it in your hand (still in the bag) You may need to discard the first bit out of the snout (if there's a danger of humidity condensating on the epoxy) but it will save the snout. For small jobs, you can just squirt a little out on some cardboard and mix it with a popsicle stick. Just be careful to clean the plug & screw cap when you place the cartridge back for storage.

Wood to fiberglass on boat - two thumbs up
This worked very well for attaching a hardwood shelf support to the outer fiberglass section of our boat where we did not want to drill. The little mixing head is pretty sweet. Expensive IMO, but it did the job well and easy to use. Seems a quality product.

Stuff is amazing, the bond and cure is full proof.
Drilled out, screw holes on a fiberglass boat and filled them with this, then drilled a pilot hole and the epoxy filling didnโt budge. This stuff works like magic.

Good stuff.
I used this for bonding poplar to a fiberglass body for building an interior and it worked exceedingly well. Seems pricey at first, but it is definately worth the money. Applies easily with no slump or mess, and bonds stronger than the poplar or the fiberglass.

Exspecive
This is more like a silicon on dispensering. Awfully expensive and takes to long to get through amazon.

This stuff is amazing!
This stuff right here is incredible. I used this to filled enlarged screw hole in fiberglass on my boat. This stuff not only filled the holes which were about 1/2โ round, it dried harder than concrete. Once it dried I pre drilled holes and screwed the screws back into it and they were holding better then when the boat was new! This stuff really does the trick!

Don't buy this product
I've used a lot of the West System products over the last year or 2, and they have all been really great. This product is the exception. I bought 6, realized I was going to need more and bought another 6: 12 x $33 = $396. I might as well have flushed $400 bucks down the toilet. I got half way through the first tube, and it just locked up - no matter how much pressure I put into the caulk gun, nothing came out. OK, bad tube, no worries, try another: locked from the start - didn't get a drop out of it. Same for the next 3 tubes it tried. I tried different caulk guns, in case that was the problem - but no, it's the tubes. Plan B: went back to just using their standard 105 + microfibers and using the usual tools - not optimal as the caulk gun method was what I really needed. I would 100% NOT buy this product again - learn from my mistake...

Six10 for Boat duties
I have used Six10 over the last 8 years for boat projects. This stuff is fantastic. It has primarily been used as a filler for holes. I've used it to fill gauge holes as well as misc. screw holes when I remove or change something on the boat. It sets up well and sands well with a Dremel. It is extremely strong when hardened. Fill the hole with Six10, sand it down below the gelcoat, the add you gel coat filler, and 'viola', it's like the hole was never there. I also used Six10 when I installed my swim platform. The swim platform had stations that mounted below the waterline. I called West Systems and explained what I wanted to do and they said this was perfect for it. What I did was, drilled larger holes than required for the bolts to mount the stations to the transom below the waterline. Filled the holes with Six10. Let it dry overnight, then drilled the proper sized holes through the Six10 to mount the platform stations. This protects the wood core transom in case you have a sealant leak below the waterline. Great stuff & I highly recommend it for multiple projects.
