She mentioned that her phone charger (a rapid charger) seemed to not charge the mirrors, so she went back to the original charger in the box and it worked. Mine did too! I keep one with my makeup and one downstairs, and but I keep the original charger with the mirror in my makeup bag, so that one was working fine, but I always charged the one downstairs with my phone charger, so I guess that was the culprit! They are easy to open and close, easy to turn the light on and off and adjust the brightness, and easy to carry with you. I bought these mirrors specifically because I seem to get eyelashes or fuzz in my eyes ALL the time, and needed something to take with me so I can see my eyes closely, and they work great! The light is on the non magnified side, and I wish it were on the magnification side, but that’s just a personal preference for how I use the mirrors. They are high quality, great for travel, and a great price, especially for two - plus, I love that they are rechargeable, so I don’t have to worry about batteries, especially if I’m traveling.
