He's a huge Silmarillion fan and texted me when he opened this: "I love this! How do you find the coolest presents??" They're just such perfect pictures of humanity both being weak and susceptible to evil, but also being able to rise above and fight for what's right, even to the point of self sacrifice for the greater good.Oh . . . right . . . the glass . . . the writing is a little light and can be tough to see clearly sometimes. That's not rightly a negative, just letting you know. Also, again this is not a problem, just making you aware, It's a liiiiiittle taller than the average rocks glass . . . so if you're going for a perfect symmetry on your rocks glass shelf, this may frustrate you a touch.
