wonderful flavor
These yams were very small, and we lost too much when we peeled them but the flavor was delicious. The price of 3.33 lb was pretty high, but I could not find yams at my grocery stores. . I don’t know why they sell only sweet potatoes when it would be just as easy to grow yams.

The potatoes are great. Give them a try
I am surprised that these didn't get five stars This is my first time ordering these potatoes. I got six firm sweet potatoes in a mesh bag. I just received them so haven't eaten them but don't know why they wouldn't taste good. Not all the potatoes are the same size but they are sold by weight not size. Two are large, two medium and two a bit smaller. Also they are very clean.

Big, nice smell, but 1 of the biggest arrived completely rotted and soft, smelling weird and discoloured when cut into. I sure wouldn't mind getting another 1 to replace the funky one.

yams vs sweet potatoes
Was so excited to find these available. Relocated to the south and everyone thinks I crazy. Now I can make my candied yams for Thanksgiving. I cooked them and froze them. Can in store labeled YAMS are really sweet potatoes. These have a stringy texture and are more flavorful. Will definitely buy again.

Gross. Couldn't even trim away the bad parts, they were so huge.

Baked Sweet Potatoes
Sweet potatoes, cut ✂️ the ends off after washing, rub them with butter put them in the oven 376° for 30 minutes of coarse let cool because sure bake on parchment paper.
