**Q: How to turn on/ off. Can’t see button on pictures?**
A: Hello there! Thank for your interest in our product. For it to turn on, you have to plug the chord first and press the pulse controller (black button).

**Q: The dimensions listed for product do not seem to match the actual device, which is tall with the chute top on. What are the dimensions?**
A: I'm not sure of the dimensions,  but it breaks down for easy storage.  I would say it's great size for small jobs.

**Q: Does this shred iceberg lettuce well?**
A: I had to return this, it did not work

**Q: Can this make very thin slices, like for shaving parmesan cheese?**
A: No.   This food processor can "slice" parmesan cheese thinly, but not "shave" it.  If you want to shave parmesan,  you need a mandolin slicer, or you can also use a potato peeler as well to shave parmesan cheese.  Both work very well.
