GROHE 46312KH0 Pull Out Spray, Soft Black

My old faucet couldn’t move between the sprayer and just a stream of water. It was also not putting out much water. The new faucet is awesome! Within a minute, I had the old faucet removed and the new one installed. It fit on my 17 year old faucet. Just screwed off the old one and screwed on the new on. No tools needed. No plumbers tape needed either. I thought I would have to replace the entire faucet, but just needed to replace the head.

Too bad they charge so much more for the black product compared to other models. I guess they know this is the most popular model. The good news is that it solves the problem 100% with no labor costs. Replacing the entire faucet is not an easy task as the access to the faucet under the sink is very tricky.

I needed this as the button control stopped working on my original. This was easy to install - unscrew the water line, then screw water line into new one. HOWEVER, this new one has a slightly wider hole for the water line, so it will leak. The solution? 1) Also order Grohe 01224000 Spring O-Ring (as of this review it's $6) or 2) Don't order this, but order Grohe 46298K00 Dual Spray Pull-Out n(The difference between this and the 46298 is this is just the handle; the 46298 is the handle, the O-Ring, and two flow restrictors. Once I received the O-Ring, replacement took about 10 minutes - most of which was getting the old O-Ring off the waterline.

I have used cheap replacement parts but this original part just lasts a lot longer. I have also purchased a cheap one as a backup in case this one goes out one day but then I'll buy a GROHE original part again for the long run.

Finding this replacement part for my Grohe LadyLux faucet saved me the cost of having to purchase an entirely new kitchen faucet. It was super easy to install. You pay a little extra for an authentic Grohe part, but again, not as much as you'd pay for a new faucet.

It is easy to install. It is a little loose when connecting the pipe to the new spray head but a little plumber’s tape will do the trick. It is a expensive spray head but much cheaper to replace it than to replace the whole faucet.

Product wasn’t used or opened. Learned it wouldn’t work for what I needed. Returned and they only refunded half. Bought two at $130 totaling $260. They kept $130. Buyer beware!!!!!

This is the recommended replacement for the Alira model Grohe faucet per the manufacturer, but it does not fit the original hose. It looks right until you try to screw it on, but the tolerances are too far off to fit the older hose. You must order the replacement hose Amazon recommends with it. Unlike the similar Eurodisk model, replacing the hose requires removing the brass mounting nut and clamp below and also raising the pivot arm to pass the hose through. To raise it means turning off the water and removing the flow control arm and top of the valve assembly. This requires a metric wrench and Allen wrench. There's an O-ring in the valve that's tricky to get back into position. Be sure to check that the hose moves in and out without binding or you might have to do this twice like me. The hose connects with a quick release connector. Take a picture or download the manual before disassembling it.

Fits perfectly. Very good.
