One thing to note, if you order two then you will get two of everything and it didn't even cross my mind so now I have an extra block and power ribbon but that's not a terrible problem to have in case of issue. Review: Not worth the price - I would not recommend this at all. 2 stars is generous. My first unit failed after a year, but I also realize the fan hadn't been running for some time. Called support and did the troubleshooting and confirmed the computer part was faulty. Had to buy a discounted new one. It's running... PROS When it works, keeps cigars well humidifier Auxiliary Gan works well and helps circulate air (add on and costs) Customer service was great to work with CONS Price Ribbon cables are cheap and easily become disconnected Life of the product No gratis parts to help out.
