I used them in a Tripp Lite 12-Port Keystone Blank Patch Panel RJ45, USB, HDMI, Cat5e / Cat6 Rackmount Unshielded 2URM TAA (N062-012-KJ) at work and they fit fine. I've used similar blanks in Decora plates similar to yours and never had a problem. I plan to use these again in an upcoming home networking project, but with a higher capacity patch panel blank. **Q: Would these be a good option for childproofing? I cant seem to find anything else for phone/internet jacks.** A: No. These are made to fit empty openings in keystone wall or rack-mount jack panels.
