I returned the first one to the ebay seller, and this NEW unit does the same THING. Anyone else have this problem? I bought it to use with only batteries and we're pretty disappointed! I'd like to hear from Ifetch! If this is normal, then this should be stated in the LISTING!! AND the manual!! **Q: Is there a bigger one for bigger dogs please?** A: Yes!
