I like my toothpaste to be minty and leave me with a little fresh after taste and all the natural and/or plastic free ones I have tried have been so blah. It's not burning mint or anything. Also, wow! I did a quick brush when it first arrived to try it and even a quick test made my teeth feel super smooth AND the lid is bamboo! So while there are some plastics- it's at least slightly less. They give back, make other plastic free/less products, recycleable, and have info on their website about when they make changes to products so you know what's real and why . This is pretty high price for toothpaste but they seem to have reputable 3rd party testing for heavy metals in their toothpaste plus everything else. This is my first NH toothpaste and hoping it helps with occasional sensitivity. Plus it looks really sleek.
