The wrist rest is as described, delivered on time and in good packaging. It works as intended, giving comfortable support while operating my new keyboard. It's exactly the right size for the keyboard (I got the one matching my keyboard layout, be sure to check this as there are three variants). The only reason it isn't 5 stars is there is a very minor warp to the plastic base which gave it a very slight wobble on a perfectly flat surface. It's been addressed by a careful pressure bending it the opposite way, and is now no problem for me, but if it had been more pronounced it would have been a problem.
