What does the WiFi connectivity offer vs the 7 version without?

You can use your phone or ipad to control the telescope. Gives you the ability to touch a location on the star map from your phone or ipad and it will move the telescope to that location.

What comes in the box? is there any power cords (ac or dc) included?

No. The AC adapter is a separate purchase. This requires 8AA batteries if you dont get the AC adapter but I highly recommend getting it.

A case to put all inside?

It doesn't come with one but they do make one.

Why this telescope does not ship to United Arab Emirates ?

May be because it is considered an electronics device. He handset is a small computer and I believe there are restrictions on where that can be shipped.
