What live data can the Al519 show ? Can it show stuff like misfires?

A misfire is an error that should trip a check engine light, so yes this will show that based on the code tripped. The code usually tells you which cylinder misfired based on the last number of the code.  As far as live data, it reads spark advance. It also shows temp of engine and air intake, rpm, fuel trim, oxygen sensors, and a few other items.

ML519 is a very basic obd2 code reader, it can turn off check engine lights. Mostly, if your car is with OBD2 socket, then it supports. BUT it does NOT support ABS, SRS, Engine and Transmission etc. systems.

PS: For OBD2 cars, usually, EU cars after 2006, Asian cars after 2009, US cars after 1996.
