PERFECT!! I've been making crystal candies (kohakutou) for over 2 years and have tried many different types of juices to get that flavour of blue raspberry like the ones from Silky Gem. But each attempt was a failure mostly because of the citric acid in the juices.I never thought that a flavour like this would taste good enough but it does!!! It's the exact same flavour I was looking for!I can't wait for that first batch to harden so I can finally taste it with the sugar crust!
