The first summer the netting developed all kinds of tears and they stated that they felt it was from animals and would not replace it. The whole system is very expensive and I think there are more affordable options ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent customer service and fine quality product *by K***E on April 4, 2024* The concept of having an igloo over my hot tub first occurred to me while I was sitting in it holding an umbrella in the rain. once we found garden igloo I never hesitated they aren't very common around here on the Central Oregon coast, but should be. very versatile as you can see we live on the ocean and the wind causes the cover to flap a little, where the seams are welded together cracks form upon notifying garden igloo they agreed to replace my cover and advised me in future to use gorilla tape to cover cracks as they form prolonging the life of my igloo.
