It's good as a support, but because of the restriction when bending. **Q: How to put on a back support belt ?** A: You just wrap it round until it is tight enough then pull over the Velcro side and secure it to the other side and then pull over the 2 "wings" and secure them to the belt using the built in Velcro fastenings on both of them. It only takes a couple of minutes to get used to fitting it and it stays perfectly tight. **Q: Is it ok to wear while sitting?
