I bought 2 packages and all 4 insoles are littered with glitter on the top and bottom. It's ridiculous!!** A: Sorry to hear that your insoles had glitter on them. While are new packaging helps us to be Eco compliant, it creates the opportunity for things to fall on them in handling. Perhaps this occurred due to a stocking mishap. We apologize that this occurred. Your insoles can be washed on a delicate cycle to remove any glitter that had been placed on them. And while our foams are water resistant, the surface of the insole may become slippery in water.
