Excellent Amazon Product!
I recently made the switch from pads to disposable pants after several years of not-quite-good-enough coverage. It was a difficult transition, because no one wants to truly admit they have a problem with incontinence. I suffer from urinary urgency and pads were great for a long time. But my weakening bladder began putting the pads to the test, and I began experiencing unacceptable & uncomfortable leaks. I tried a major brand of underwear first and they weren't bad. But I found they were very irritating to my skin. The protection was awesome though! I felt SO much more secure than when wearing pads I knew I was on the right track. After researching everything available, I realized cost would def be a consideration. Disposable pants are more expensive than pads. So I figured it was a no brainer to give Amazon brand another try. They had provided me with a great quality pad for many years, at a very affordable price. So why not? I bought the XL as recommended by the chart and the fit is perfect. I like the construction. They feel soft, stretchy - but sturdy, and not like they are liable to fall apart at any moment. The material is just the right thickness. After you have them on for an hour or so, they just feel like underpants. The leg openings are somewhat high cut, but that's ok for me. I have always bought high cut panties, so once again - perfect. There is no obnoxious perfuming to these pants which I'm grateful for. I imagine that is what caused the burning skin irritation in the other brand. Still I'm not finding odor to be that much of a problem. It's only natural for urine to have odor. But it is absorbed and contained in such a way that the smell is minimal. I can't say I've tried every brand on the market. But I read plenty of reviews by folks who say they have - and still ended up buying Amazon. So I couldn't be better satisfied. Excellent product, great price, and I have the added security I need. Look I know it's hard to buy this kind of product. Nobody wants to feel like they are losing control of their life; and incontinence is exactly that, if anything is! But you really need to take this bull by the horns and manage it. There is never shame in caring for yourself and your personal dignity. Being in denial and walking around in wet clothes is 1000 times worse. You will get used to wearing these pants pretty fast, as I did. And chances are, you won't ever want to go back to life without them.

Amazing fit and protection!
I donโt usually leave a review, but this product has been so impressive, exceeded my expectations, and has brought my confidence and life back to going out about the town or spending time outdoors where there are no outhouses available, that I just had to write this positive review to hopefully help others. I have been wearing this Amazon brand now for 4 months and they are the best fit, most comfortable and excellent protection without leaks compared to other name brands Iโve tried. The multi-elastic stretch around the body is so comfortable, you do not feel like you are wearing a โdiaperโ. And the elastic around the leg secures the great fit. There is bulk in the padding but it does not feel bulky at all when worn; I am still able to wear them with my tight-fitting jeans comfortably. BTW: I found that in order to avoid leaks, donโt do this crossing-the-legs-to-try-and-hold-the-urine-back to attempt control of your bladder while heading to try and make it to the nearest bathroom (panic leg crossing only distorts the position of the padding and protection which = leaks since your aim now went to a non-padded area or the leg opening). You have incontinence, accept it, relax and let go into this disposable underwear. On extended outdoor excursions, I add a booster pad to build up absorbency to an additional 2 or 4 cups of liquid depending on the pad you use. The booster pads are also much easier to change in/out of in a situation where the bathroom location is not very clean or convenient to take off your pants to change out of your disposable underwear. I carry along with me small black plastic bags to discreetly carry out and dispose my soiled pads. (Iโve even used a doggie poop bag in a pinch when that was all I had). I initially tried using diapers with side velcro tabs to work around the inconvenience of having to remove my pants to get to my underwear to change but have yet to find a brand that provides even a decent fit (they have all been big, bulky, unstable in fit and unreliable in protection). So the booster pads added to the disposable underwear is a great work-around. This Amazon brand disposable underwear is surprisingly amazing! I wear them everyday all day. And for someone with sensitive skin issues, these have given me zero problems. They also work great for those with fecal incontinence.

Most comfortable incontinence underwear.
Amazon basics postpartum incontinence underwear are great! I have been using Always but they would leak and there was too much extra material. These fit beautifully (xxl), the pad is excellent and they are so comfortable, not to mention the great price. I highly recommend them!

Best for the money
Itโs hard to give stars for something that you despise using. Iโve tried, probably 10, and my favorites are the Amazon brand. Amazon does all it is supposed to do. The most comfort, absorbent and best price. Depends fit the best, but werenโt as absorbent. And are quite expensive. Teva are soft but they leaked on me. They took too long to absorb and urine leaked out of the leg opening. The crotch section was too bulky for me and fit poorly. There have been many others that I canโt remember but Iโve stuck with Amazon. Iโve also bought 2 other mail order brands That I didnโt like at all.

Amazon undies
I was using the Always discreet undies and they stopped selling on here for some reason.... but with the last package I got, I got a rash around my legs where the fabric touched since its scented. I then decided that I needed to find something else. These popped up as a suggestion so I decided to purchase them and see if they worked. These have SAVED ME. The pad itself is SO much longer than the Always brand so I imagine they would be good for postpartum mamas too... the Always brand stopped right above the tailbone but these go UP the booty and way up the front! I use a menstrual cup with these... it was my first time using these on a cycle and I was VERY impressed. I accidently went over the cup (TMI) and it bled on the pad itself... and it was ALOT.... I had zero leakage and it held a ton! I was shocked. The softness of these is MUCH better skin wise and thankfully fragrance free, so no more rashes or itchiness. Overnight use was perfect since the pad actually sits up against you, versus the Always discreet where it would hang down low (if wet) and not stay put. I HIGHLY recommend these for incontinence, your period, postpartum care or just as a replacement!

Smaller then product says
These are very nice but are smaller than the measurements say. I am size 2p and they fit tight. Would not fit size 8

Highly recommend postpartum, easy, clean, absorbent, discrete
Highly recommend for postpartum! When I had my first child the nurse gave me huge pads and mesh undeez. I hated how the pad would always go to one side. When I got home, I ordered these and it's sooo much easier to just throw away the whole thing and I've had NO issues with leakage (but did with pads/mesh undeez). No leakage at night either although it's soaked. I also find them pretty discrete under pants it doesn't feel excessively bulky or anything. I just experienced a late miscarriage and have been wearing these following D&C and have really liked them again. Will definitely purchase again in the future and recommend to all postpartum moms!

Very economical
My Mom feels very confident and comfortable in these underwear. They are definitely more economical. My Mom uses a sanitary pad as well with them. They are very good for overnight use. The sanitary pad removes easily and the underwear is still usable. It doesn't rip off the lining.
