Does the bag have more space to add stuff?

YES. I have a Red/White and a Black Backpack. One for my Wife and 1 for myself. I have added alot of extra stuff to my Backpack. The Quality of these Backpacks are worth it. Build very well, not to mention all that comes in these. I highly recommend it.

Is the backpack waterproof?

No these backpacks are not waterproof.

A tourniquet to stop a major limb bleed is a specific item which is designed to provide enough force and requires training. The ‘stop the bleed’ program has free bystander training available.
