Will slice right through frozen meat but also works great for thinly sliced vegetables! Super sharp & well worth the money ! We were really impressed with how sharp this tool was, so I bought 2 from desertcart. Is this a left handed knife?** A: it is not. most knives are inherently symmetrical, so there is no such thing really. **Q: Do these stay sharp or do you need to sharpen it?** A: I have one for about a year now and have not sharpened it yet. I would think somewhere down the line you would have to sharpen it. **Q: is this for 8? I first purchased the knife for about $8** A: Worth the price. It is sharp right out of the box and holds an edge. **Q: How do you sharpen this knive?** A: Although I like the idea of a single side sharpened knife, I simply gave up and pulled it through a regular held knife sharpener and then, used a steel. It seems to be sharpened well.
