You can set your target grip strength by lbs or kg and then once your squeeze hits that amount it will beep and add to the counter. Hopefully as I train with it I’ll see my grip strength go up. Slick looking device and functions great. It can be a little obtuse to figure out the buttons but a quick read of the manual and you’ll be good.
