It is tasty, however. **Q: What is the expiry date of the 2kg packages?** A: Every package depends on when it was packed and sealed, the Seller should answer this for you **Q: Is this like grits?** A: NO. It is nothing like grits. It is extremely smooth-textured, not grainy at all. Similar to cornstarch, and while that doesn't sound too good, I came to love it while traveling in Africa. It is really easy and fast to cook, and I add raisins, brown sugar, butter and cream!! I know that might be overkill and it isn't really necessary to add all that stuff, but I love those other ingredients too.
