Dremel Edge Router Bits are GREAT!
I bought this 5-piece pack of edge router bits to use in my new Dremel Trio, specifically to perform flush-edge routing of new laminate I was installing on an existing kitchen counter top. I only used the one bit (flush-edge router bit - 2nd from left in the picture), but it did an EXCELLENT job! It gave me clean flush cuts along the entire edge of the counter, which included several curves and 90-degree turns. I do wish the Trio had a more powerful motor, to produce more RPM's, but that is a different subject. This router bit gave me clean precise cuts, and never faltered. I would DEFINITELY recommend this router bit kit if you own a Dremel Trio or any other router-type tool that uses 3/16" shafted bits!

Only fits the Trio ...
Kind of hard to rate this because it would not fit my Dremel tool. The shaft is to big. I'm giving it 4 stars because they look well built and Dremel has some good stuff. These bits will only fit the Trio router. Sadly it doesn't talk about the shaft size in the description, you can only find the info in some of the reviews. Amazon needs to update the description and the item would be a 5 star item.

Dremel Trio routing bits
I tested these bits with mahogany, and the cut is clean and well defined. In contrast with the Dremel rotary tool routing bits or the Gyros Tools routing bits for rotary tools, the profiles are more visible and good. The Trio tool is fine, have a lot of power to use the bits and if you are not careful with the passes you can split pine wood easily. Trio only use 3/16" bits, so any other accessory created for the Dremel rotary tool won't fit on it.

Awesome bits
Great router bits. I love my dremel. But remember, it's not a full sized router, so plan projects according to what they dremel can support. Suggest you read the instructions to learn how to use them properly. Router bits are not intuitive and you should practice on a throw-away.

Dremel TR770 5 Piece Edging Router Bit Kit
I choose this rating, due to the bits not fitting my Dremel 3000, and when you open the package you can't return it. I just bought the Dremel 3000 from a local big box store and did not know there were different size Dremel tools. All the models they have in store (Lots of models) use the same size shafts. The store (HD) does not carry but a couple routing type bits. So I went online, saw these listed , ordered thinking one size fits all, Not Since then, I have learned don't buy any bits that start with TR , Its for a tool that they don't sell in the stores around here.

I don't recommend it unless you have a small lathe handy
I didn't catch the part that these don't actually fit a dremel. Only that one dremel tool the TRIO or whatever. They are 3/16 shank bits. Very odd size. I modified the flush trim bit I so desperately needed to go into a dremel. I don't recommend it unless you have a small lathe handy.

This is more like it!
These bits seem to be well-constructed (much beefier and heavier than the standard bits I got with the Trio Kit) and make a pretty nice cut. I have only used the beading, cove, and chamfer bits so far, but all three put a nice edge on some 1/2" oak plywood. I've never owned a router, so I can't really say how the cut compares, but to a novice woodworker like me it looks great. Wish this set included the roman ogee bit - then I'd have all the edge bits I would ever need. Pros: solid bits - had no problem getting a good edge on my first try Cons: steep price for only 5 bits

It's a good set and does what I need, but for the money I would have expected a bit higher quality.
