This is such a helpful tool and my son loves being able to press it and wait for the 2 minute alarm. What I really like is that it doesn’t have any distractions like changing colour, it is simply a gentle timer to help get the job done.

Nice toothbrushing timer. Easy to use and beeps when time is up. Have found it to be much more effective that the usual sand timers that you get for toothbrushing. It's even survived my little one dropping it in a bath of water a couple of times - left it to dry out and once dry worked fine again so pretty sturdy.

Perfect for making sure children brush their teeth long enough. An egg timer would have been knocked over and we wanted our daughter to be able to start a timer herself rather than try a stopwatch on a phone for example. This is so easy to use and makes a distinct sound when done which can be heard from another room.

This is a well-made product, colourful and sturdy enough for toddler use. However the concept hasn't stood up to reality for us. This is because there's no way of ensuring that our toddler will actually allow us to brush for the duration of the timer, and there's no option to pause it, so unless we have full compliance for two minutes, the timer is somewhat unhelpful. It does give an idea though and when our son is in an easygoing mood it works well.

No excuses. The light goes off when the time has finished. Finally, my 9 year old is accountable. We tried timers, playing a song but nothing stuck until now. He enjoys turning the bathroom light off, then the room becomes lit up with the timer light, then we get plunged into darkness after 2 mins. I think this would of helped from an earlier age or maybe I just appreciate it more now because he enjoys it, which a younger child may not get. Recommended for OLDER kids too!

Bought for my son. He has an electric Toothbrush which vibrates after 2 minutes but my son couldn't get the grasp of it so bought this to help. He uses it everytime and now brushes his teeth for 2 minutes so it's very effective! We have found that the finishing noise doesn't work everytime and we aren't sure why. This doesn't create too much issue but it would be helpful it the sound worked everytime.

I hesitated, do we really need this, another gadget, etc. My 7-year old was brushing her teeth, but not really 2 minutes. Anyway, this timer changed everything. She's now doing the full 2 minutes, there is no guessing when the time is done, and it is fun to use. When you press it, the light turns green, and when 2 minutes expire, it emits a little ring (it reminds me of an old-school telephone), which is quite loud (could probably be a little softer). If you press it at any time during those 2 minutes, it just turns off without a sound (the green light turns off too). So, there is no complicated technology or buttons. It's just press on/off.
