And my cat is happy with it so far (she hates "Warm Spacious Pet Bed" tho and prefers to just lie on the hammock without anything on top of it). Bought her the second one couple of days ago (kind of a second floor). And in my case it was also defective :) For the second unit... one of the hammock's fasteners was missing. So... You know... Fixed it with a plastic cable tie.
